Easter Weekend - Keep training

Okay here we are now into Easter weekend 2013.  I happen to have 3 meals to eat so I'm going to be hitting that gym every day.  A message of caution.  If your going to limit or cut back, do so on the alcohol and desserts.  You would be amazed at how fast these accumulate calories for your body.

A good idea for this weekend would be to train 30mins of full body resistance, then followed by increasingly more difficult 30 mins of cardio.  Give it a shot
