Serious Full Body Exercise After Easter

After the Easter consumption I just had.  It is definiltly time to get back into the gym.

Today I will be doing a full body routine with 2 sets of 15 on every major muscle group with only 30 second rest period.  I will however be starting with squat to a over head press exercise.  This exercise really fires up your system as it utilizes so many different muscle groups and also works as a good cardiovascular workout as well.
