St Patricks's Day Weekend - Recover and Leg Day

What a weekend!

Wow training is one thing but it's good to let go and relax once and a while with out over doing it of course.  However this week there is going to be more training to help make up for the extra calories. Going to start the week off with a nice Monday Leg Day
