Trained your Brachialis lately?

Many of us of love a good bicep workout but have you paused and thought about your brachialis muscle?  This muscle is lies deeper in your upper arm and works along with your biceps to flex.   To target this muscle all you need to do is a bit of isometric contractions.

Isometric contraction is where you hold your arm at 90 degrees with a weight in your hand.  With out moving your arm up or down.  During this isometric contraction the brachialis muscles are effectively targeted more.
